ADDED HEAVY AUTOMATON ENEMY

There is now a heavy automaton enemy that attacks using a hammer. I also updated the ground imp animation, as well as added more decor to the  outer city tileset.

The next hing to do is make the factory tileset, so stay tuned for that!
